T2 / H electrospindle for machining from below with a tool magazine in 5 positions

Kairos-650 series is equipped with a 15 kW S1 liquid-cooled electrospindle with A + C axis. Adjustable in any direction, you can mill, drill and profile in any position with the same tool.

If more power is required, the high-performance electro-spindle 25 kW S1 or 30 kW S6 can be used. This allows you to perform large machining operations with maximum profitability, obtaining high-quality milling and drilling in the shortest possible time. It also has a 12-position tool magazine.

Software interface: intuitive, trouble-free integration

Interface that works with all European management programs. Ability to import data in BTL and BIM format from all CAD / CAM programs in the timber construction industry.

T5H head with A axis + C axis – 25 kW for greater versatility

Kairos CNC 5-axis with its tool changer can be tailored to your needs and add value to your purchase. If even more power is required, the machine can be equipped with a 25 kW electrospindle on the S1 and a 30 kW electrospindle on the S6, with high cooling capacity. Loading conveyor located on the left side of the machine, which allows to load a series of beams simultaneously and automatically, quickly and precisely. Ease of automatic, fast and precise management.

DOUBLE GRAPPLE

INPUT – OUTPUT double slide gripper with vertical clamp for correct positioning of the element. Equipped with side clamps to support the wooden element and prevent unnecessary vibrations.

CABIN WITH FULL TOP AND SIDE ENCLOSURE

It guarantees the highest level of safety during operation and enables the collection of dust and reduction of noise emissions.

Presentation of the machine:

Kairos-650 model uses a number of design solutions that make up the uniqueness of this machine:

• The loading conveyor located on the left side of the machine allows the simultaneous, automatic and precise loading of a series of beams. Automation facilitates production management and increases efficiency.
• Kairos-650 has a double gripper that moves the ENTRY-EXIT, with a vertical clamp guaranteeing the correct positioning of the element. It is also equipped with side thrusts to support the wooden elements and avoid unnecessary vibrations.
• The cabin is completely enclosed at the top and sides to collect dust and reduce noise emissions, ensuring the highest safety during operation.
• Chips and machining waste are removed using a wide conveyor belt located below the work area.
• The processed parts are collected on an unloading conveyor with an automatic pusher, located on the right side of the machine. Since KAIROS can work independently, the operator can take care of other activities.
