The REMA Fx500 saw features a main cutting unit designed for circular saw blades ranging from Ø300 to Ø450 mm, offering a maximum sawing height of 150 mm, along with an integrated scoring saw. The standard cutting width with the rip fence measures 1400 mm.

It includes a trolley made of anodized aluminum for the sliding table, equipped with automatic clearance compensation. The multi-chamber aluminum profile is 416 mm wide and features four steel rollers and twelve eccentric rollers for enhanced stability. The sliding table is guided on four steel rods, hardened to 60 HRC, ensuring a smooth operation thanks to the larger diameter of the steel rollers.

Safety is prioritized with a top guard that automatically adjusts to the height of the workpiece, mounted on a pipe that also functions as a sawdust discharge system. An optional wireless start/stop switch can be conveniently located on the sliding table.

To enhance workpiece support, an additional support table is available as an option. The saw includes a continuous electronic readout for the saw angle, standard on versions with geared motors, while electronic height readouts are available as an option. Optional electronic readers for the crosscut and rip fence stoppers provide absolute memory functions with an accuracy of 0.1 mm.

The cutting unit is mounted on durable cast iron arches, designed for motorized height and angle adjustments, and is backed by a 15-year warranty. The scoring unit and main saw blade operate with independent drives, ensuring optimal performance.

The REMA Fx500 is available in multiple configurations: 3 axes, 2 axes, and a manual version.
