INTEGRA

Electronic working plants for windows series “INTEGRA”. The angular plants of this series can be composed with a tenoning machine Thema Plus or 2 Plus and a profiling machine Single or Twin. They are suitable for mounting multiple cutter profiles, for the combined machining of different types of standard windows, doors or wood aluminium windows without the need to change the tooling. Profiling machine can be complete with the optional electronic counter-fence, which doesn’t require to be put into position and manual pre-setting.

TF 2/270 E

TF 2 is an extremely flexible working station, specially studied for the production of windows and several kind of doors by small and medium sized workshops. On a single machine the operator can perform cutting-off and tenoning (angled too), profiling, glazing bead profiling and separating, assembled frame and sash squaring.

PROFILING INDEX

The electronic profiling machine INDEX includes two 320 mm. spindles, glazing bead group, feedere with 12 wheels, speed variator, contrast fence. The 1st spindle has a double rotation sense, allowing its use both as a 1st profiler and as a chipbreaker when the outside squaring is made.

The carriages are swivelling together with the fence and allow the angled cutting-off and tenoning in the best conditions. At 90º, it is possibile to process two pieces in a single pass-through.
