Crosscut Saws
KP-500 AUTOMAT/OPTIM
The KP 500 Automatic/Optim crosscut saw is an ideal solution for preparing materials used in pallet production and other wooden packaging products. On average, it can process 15–18 m³ of pallet lumber or about 13,000 pallet blocks per shift (8 hours), depending on the dimensions of the material being processed. The machine can be operated by one or two workers, based on the type of material, which is manually loaded into the saw.

The UKS-1000 Automat/Optim crosscut saw is designed for cutting logs, construction timber, and precisely cut boards that require a large cutting pattern. It is also suitable for cutting boards and slats in pallet production. On average, this saw can process 33-35 m³ of pallet lumber per shift (8 hours), equivalent to around 25,000 pallet blocks. When cutting logs measuring 5 meters in length with an average volume of 0.25 m³ per log, the saw can achieve a capacity of approximately 6 m³ of logs per hour.

The UKS crosscut saw is versatile for cutting both wooden and non-wooden materials to specific lengths or processing raw materials based on the equipment’s capabilities, such as manually removing defects. The key distinction among various UKS trimming saws is the saw blade’s movement trajectory, enabling the cutting of different material widths with the same blade diameter (refer to the cutting diagram in the “More Information” section).
