TEKNO PRIME

It is designed for door manufacturers with the paumelle hinge system, the milling machine is characterised by solidity and ease of use, always offering the best ratio between quality and price.

The TEKNO PRIME machine is suitable for the woodwork of doors and frames for those countries adopting paumelle hinges and concealed hinges systems.
After a simple setting of the woodwork to be performed, the machine will (through the loading and unloading belts) load the door to be processed and then start the milling and drilling process previously set.

CNC with 5 controlled axes: work island or as a line machine

Designed for door processing, it allows the milling operations to be carried out in just a single position.
Significant time saving thanks to its fully electronic-driven management.
No extra components needed, to start the production cycle, simply call up the recipe and press Start.
The machine can be set both as a “work island” and as a “line machine”.

Door Machining: Lock Side

Motor inclination 0° and 90° for machining the lock, key slot and handle hole.
Automated control management.
Equipped with a feeler pin to identify millimetric differences in the width and thickness of the workpiece.
Suction hood equipped with a blower for cleaning the workpiece during the processing phase.

Door Machining: Hinge Side

Electro-spindles for simultaneous milling operations for hinge insertion.
A set of milling cutters from the best brands is supplied.

Frame Machining: Flexibility

The flexibility of this milling machine allows the same machining operations to be carried out both on doors and frames.
The powerful pneumatic fixture operation is able to straighten the workpiece if this is curved.
The milling electro-spindles locked in vertical position perform milling operations to insert its hardware.
