Economy line for longitudinal wood joining
Tenoning machine FC-10MLKT, is designed for processing wood and wood-based materials. It is used to make tenons, forks, micro-bevels and other shapes on the ends of friezes, strips, staves, etc.
A set for making micro-joining in small batch production (economical). 2-person operation.
The press is designed for joining along previously milled and glue-coated slats, boards, etc. The input material is pieces of sawn or planed wood, the faces of which are prepared for joining, e.g. in the shape of micro-dovetails.
Characteristics:
- the highest productivity in this class of machine tools,
- intuitive operation of the press,
- hydraulic press with the qualities of industrial presses,
- rotation of the package on the rotary table (connection to a typical micro-detachment) or turning the package on its back when connecting on the dash.
