Semi-automatic finger jointing line for medium-scale production, operated by one person, offering moderate output efficiency.

The AFC-10MLKT tenoning machine is designed for processing wood and wood-based materials. It is used to produce tenons, forks, finger joints (micro-joints), and other end profiles on components such as friezes, strips, and lamellas. The machine processes wide material packages and is particularly suitable for creating finger joints, with a minimum workpiece length of 200 mm.

The AFC-10HK6 press is designed for longitudinal joining of pre-milled and glue-coated slats, boards, and similar elements. The input material consists of sawn or planed wood, with end surfaces prepared for joining, for example in the form of finger joint profiles, ensuring strong and precise bonding.
