The Single Blade FWR 500/1 Trim Saw is designed to cut planks to a specified length with precision. The material is prepared according to the length set on the pneumatically lifted stopper, ensuring accuracy in every cut. With its robust construction, the saw is ideal for high-volume production environments. The easy-to-use interface and adjustable settings allow operators to quickly adapt to different project requirements. The machine features 6-meter infeed and outfeed roller tables and requires a pneumatic supply with a minimum pressure of 6 bar. Designed as a production line, allowing for continuous and automatic operation. The FWR 500/1 Trim Saw is equipped with vertically mounted blade directly on the motor shaft. The motor and saw are placed on a movable support, enabling the carriage to move transversely to the material during cutting. This design ensures efficient and precise cutting performance.
