The FWR 500/2/3 multiblade trim saw formats prisms: 800-1600mm (two-saw) and 800-1200mm (three-saw), with support for up to 1600mm turnout. Positioning it in front of the multi-saw reduces machining time. It requires a pneumatic supply with a minimum pressure of 6 bar and includes a conveyor for waste transport.
The FWR 500/2/3 multiblade trim saw features a robust body with a circular saw drive unit, a feed drive unit, and an electric control cabinet. This two-level welded structure is thoughtfully designed to ensure easy worker access and smooth operation, enhancing efficiency and safety during use.
In the lower section, the machine houses the main feed drive gear motor alongside the saw carriage drive gear motor, both crucial for its operation. The upper section, concealed behind protective covers, contains the saw support equipped with motors and brakes for precise control. The saws operate by sliding smoothly on horizontal bars located at both ends of the machine, ensuring stability and accuracy throughout the machining process. This design facilitates maintenance and allows for easy adjustments, contributing to the machine’s overall effectiveness and reliability.
