The REMA Fx550 features an easy-to-access high-resolution touch panel that provides complete control over the machine. It includes a new crosscut fence stopper with a precise adjustment system and an optional electronic reader that boasts 0.1 mm accuracy. The enhanced crosscut fence swing support offers greater strength and simplified maintenance, with the option to add two independent stoppers equipped with electronic readers.

An electronic reader for the rip fence, available with an absolute memory function and 0.1 mm accuracy, is also optional for both manual and 2-axis versions. The new automatic rip fence system allows for quick and precise adjustments, ensuring a collision-free approach to the main saw blade.

The innovative upper guard is easy to adjust with an ergonomic handle, and a gas spring facilitates smooth height adjustments based on material size. The 6-axis version includes a new automatic crosscut fence controlled directly from the touch panel.

With a redesigned cutting unit, the saw blade can accommodate a maximum diameter of Φ550 mm (excluding the scoring blade), while robust cast iron components ensure long-lasting performance. The innovative spindle shaft features a larger diameter and compensating springs, resulting in quieter operation and reduced vibrations.

The iron cradle is optimized for effective dust extraction, with a minimized space below the scoring unit and a shorter outlet for easier shavings removal. The upper guard incorporates a hidden innovation that effectively captures shavings through two suction zones with enhanced parameters.

Constructed from steel sections connected with special lockers and welded for superior rigidity, the machine frame is built to meet the highest standards found in top-tier panel saws.

The Rema Fx550 panel saw is available in five basic configurations:

1. 6-axis: Servo-driven adjustments, 7-inch professional touch panel, with positioning for crosscut fence, rip fence, main saw blade height and angle, and scoring unit height and vertical position.
2. 5-axis: Servo-driven adjustments, 7-inch professional touch panel, with positioning for rip fence, main saw blade height and angle, and scoring unit height and vertical position.
3. 3-axis: Servo-driven adjustments, 4-inch professional touch panel, with positioning for rip fence, main saw blade height and angle.
4. 2-axis: Servo-driven adjustments, 4-inch professional touch panel, with positioning for main saw blade height and angle.
5. Manual: Adjustments for height and angle of the main saw blade.
