The revolutionary InfoTEC EVO GO has been designed to increase the efficiency and capabilities of the nesting center. Designers and programmers have eliminated all the inconveniences of similar solutions of this type, thus EVO GO allows you to carry out such operations as: panel cutting, vertical drilling and horizontal drilling in one continuous processing process. And all this without the involvement of additional machines or people and without creating additional waste for the side drilling tool approach.
InfoTEC EVO GO is equipped with a specially designed suction cup for carrying forms, an additional working field for side drilling and a specialized drilling unit that allows drilling in the narrow edge of the board without the need to lift the detail on the suction cups, thus eliminating additional side drilling processes for connections the pin-confirmant type. Thanks to a special design and software optimization, we have achieved a smooth process of preparing forms for the production of custom-made furniture that are ready for veneering and further assembly.
The InfoTEC EVO GO nesting center is equipped with: a receiving table for ready, processed forms, two processing units – a drilling unit with the possibility of side drilling directly on the table (without suction cups lifting the form) and a spindle, a revolver magazine with a suction cup for transporting forms, a height sensor tools, a bulldozer with the function of cleaning the working table, an extensive system for cleaning the forms after processing, pneumatic pegs, a control panel with control software and a wireless remote control to control the machine.
The plate processing process on InfoTEC EVO GO:
🟠Base the full format of the slab in the nesting zone (zone 1).
🟠Nesting and processing of the board in the vertical plane (zone 1).
🟠Automatic collection of forms by a specially designed suction cup and its transfer with automatic homing to the horizontal drilling zone (zone 2).
🟠Horizontal drilling with a drilling rig (zone 2).
🟠Pushing the finished forms onto the receiving table (zone 3).
🟠Receipt of ready-made forms by the operator from the receiving table along with sticking labels with information about the form and a barcode (zone 3).
