SECOVENT-1
The SECOVENT-1 wood drying kilns are high-quality, durable frame structures made from premium aluminum profiles and panels filled with non-combustible mineral wool. Each panel is sealed with silicone and covered with trapezoidal aluminum sheets, ensuring maximum durability and safety.
Standard features include a lift-and-slide door, with the option to choose a hinged door for specific needs. The drying process is fully controlled from an optional service room, which also houses the heating and humidifying systems.
For multi-chamber installations, SECOVENT kilns are built in a row with shared partition walls and door lifting mechanisms, optimising space efficiency and overall functionality. Perfect for reliable, high-performance timber drying in commercial operations.
SECOVENT-2 Wood Drying Kilns – False Ceiling Design
The SECOVENT-2 wood drying kilns feature a false ceiling design, with heaters and fans installed in the upper section. This layout is ideal for larger drying chambers, typically with a load capacity above 80 m³, although smaller chambers can also be custom-built on request.
This design ensures efficient airflow and uniform heat distribution, making SECOVENT-2 kilns a reliable solution for high-capacity timber drying in commercial operations.

SECOVENT Wood Drying Kilns
SECOVENT wood drying kilns are high-quality frame structures made from premium aluminum profiles and panels filled with non-combustible mineral wool. Each panel is sealed with silicone and covered with trapezoidal aluminum sheets, ensuring durability and safety.
SECOVENT chambers are standardly equipped with a lift-and-slide door, with the option for a hinged door. The drying process control system, along with heating and humidifying media, is housed in an optional service room. For multi-chamber kilns, chambers are built in a row with shared partition walls and door lifting mechanisms, improving space efficiency and overall functionality.
DELTA System Wood Drying Kilns
Wood drying kilns with the DELTA ventilation-heating system feature no false ceiling, with heaters and fans mounted on the rear wall. This design maximizes the usable loading space and is ideal for clients with limited floor area. DELTA kilns handle load capacities from 11 m³ to 80 m³ per batch.
False Ceiling Wood Drying Kilns
Kilns with a false ceiling design have heaters and fans installed in the upper section. These are typically larger chambers, ideal for loads above 80 m³, but they can also be customised for smaller batches on request. Both SECOVENT kiln types ensure excellent air circulation and a uniform drying climate, which is critical for maintaining wood quality.
