Vacuum Membrane Press for PVC and Veneer Lamination with Heated Platen and PLC Control

This vacuum membrane press is built with a heavy-duty welded steel beam frame, designed to handle high pressing forces in professional panel lamination.

The electrically heated top platen provides even and stable heat distribution for consistent results when working with PVC foils and veneer.

The lower moving platen is driven by a rack system across both width and length, ensuring perfect parallelism during movement and uniform pressure over the entire surface.

For easier handling, the machine can be fitted with one or two removable aluminium trays. An O-ring silicone seal between the fixed platen and tray ensures airtight operation during the pressing cycle.

A built-in air heating system with electric exchanger guarantees uniform temperature across the full pressing area, improving finishing quality and consistency.

The system includes an air tank and a high-power vacuum pump for fast air removal and stable press conditions.

Operation is controlled by a PLC system, allowing full management of the cycle step by step:

• platen hydraulic pressure
• air pressure in the chamber
• temperature control
• gluing and cycle timing
• automatic opening and reset functions

Control is simple via push-button operation for reliable daily use.
