The SJT through-feed grinder is a high-performance industrial wood sanding and polishing machine designed for efficient woodworking and wood finishing applications. Equipped with two horizontal heads, it delivers precise and consistent results for grinding, polishing, and surface preparation of wooden and wood-based components.

Machine shafts can be fitted with interchangeable cartridges for a wide range of abrasives and cleaning brushes, enabling complete finishing flexibility from coarse grinding to final surface cleaning. This makes the SJT ideal for multi-stage processes such as sanding, polishing, and post-treatment operations including varnishing, oiling, patination, leaching, and surface conditioning.

The spindles feature smooth speed regulation, with the ability to run in both co-rotating and counter-rotating modes relative to workpiece movement. The conveyor belt system offers adjustable speed control from 2 to 12 m/min, ensuring precise handling and consistent finishing quality.

Efficient dust extraction is integrated via suction ports connected to either individual extraction units or a central extraction system, maintaining a clean and safe working environment. Brush height and working pressure are independently adjustable using manual controls for maximum precision.

The SJT grinder and polisher is built on a welded steel profile frame with two drive units mounted on movable plates, allowing precise tool height adjustment. Adjustable side and top roller pressure systems further enhance control over the sanding process. The heads can be positioned vertically, angularly, or horizontally to suit different production needs.

Compatible with multiple tooling options, including grinding drums, polishing drums, and brush rollers, the SJT offers exceptional versatility. Its quick-change head system, robust construction, and simple operation make it a reliable solution for high-quality industrial wood finishing and surface processing.
