The SP4 multi-head sander can be equipped with disc aggregates, vertical and horizontal sanding heads, and up to four dust extraction heads at the exit for final workpiece cleaning. The number of grinding and cleaning heads can be fully customised to meet specific production requirements, making it a highly adaptable solution for different woodworking processes.

Each spindle can be fitted with cartridges for various abrasives and cleaning brushes, enabling complete finishing workflows such as sanding, polishing, and surface treatment after processes like varnishing, oiling, patination, or leaching. This ensures high-quality, uniform wood surface finishing across all applications.

The spindles feature smooth speed control and can operate in both co-rotating and counter-rotating modes relative to workpiece movement, improving precision and surface quality. A conveyor belt feed system with adjustable speed control ensures consistent material handling throughout production.

Dust extraction is efficiently managed through suction units connected to individual extraction systems or centralised plant networks, maintaining a clean working environment. Each brush advance and height adjustment is independently controlled via manual drives for maximum accuracy.
