The DM2 line differs from the DM1 by incorporating two nailing machines and requires only three workers to operate.

Our nailing system uses an electromechanical drive, offering the lowest energy consumption in its class. It also eliminates the need for maintenance typically associated with hydraulic systems, such as oil replenishment, replacement, and disposal, as well as excessive noise. Only three workers are needed to run the palletizing line efficiently.

Adapt to your space
The DM2 line offers complete flexibility in design. If we know the available space dimensions, we can customize the layout to fit perfectly, whether in an “I” or “L” shape.

Save smartly on production materials
With Störi Mantel Dynamic 2 naling machine that work with freely scattered nails of all available and suitable types, including EPAL nails, you avoid the unnecessary cost of banded nails, which are typically more expensive and suited for other equipment. The system accommodates nail lengths ranging from 27 mm to 90 mm.
