Störi Mantel – Tandem

The production line reaches a capacity of 4-5 pallets per minute and is characterized by a high degree of automation, thanks to which the operator’s work is narrowed down to only the smooth replenishment of the necessary material into individual containers and the balancing of finished stacks of pallets. The line is operated by 2-3 workers.

Thanks to the universal/fixed template, easy manual reconfiguration for a different type of pallet, and the precision of the nailing pattern (within +/- 1 mm tolerance), nothing will catch you off guard.

Reduce your costs not only for energy with the patented electric nailing system

The nailing system utilizes an electromechanical drive and has the lowest energy consumption in its class (1.2 kWh per production of 100 pallets). Additionally, you don’t have to worry about maintenance and operation of the hydraulic nailing system (refilling, oil replacement, disposal, excessive noise, etc.). The palletizing line can be operated by only 2-3 workers.

Is investing in the entire line at once too high for you? Not a problem. You can purchase the nailing line in individual segments and start with what you need most urgently, gradually improving it.

Smartly save on production material in the form of loose nails

Because the Störi Mantel nailing machines work with freely poured nails of all available and suitable types, including EPAL nails, you don’t have to unnecessarily pay for collated nails, which are generally more expensive and more suitable for other equipment. The suitable nail lengths range from 27 mm to 90 mm.
