APS-4 Automated Briquette Packing System
The automated briquette packing system is designed to maximise efficiency, reduce labour, and ensure consistent, high-quality output. This advanced briquette packaging machine features automated alignment and placement, enabling continuous 24/7 operation with minimal operator input.
When integrated with UMPT briquette presses and a transport table, the system can support up to four BPA500A presses, producing up to five packs per minute, making it an ideal solution for high-volume briquette production.
Using briquette shrink wrapping, the system packs briquettes in durable polyethylene film, creating compact, secure, and visually appealing packages. Unlike traditional bags, shrink-wrapped briquettes remain tightly fixed, preventing movement and reducing damage during handling and transport.
The result is improved product quality, moisture resistance, and transport safety, with the added benefit of outdoor storage capability. Optional carry handles can be applied to enhance usability and customer convenience.
