The CZP-3 vertical triple band sawmill with chain conveyor is engineered to process thin to medium-sized logs with diameters up to 550 mm, efficiently producing two two-sided flitches with a maximum thickness of 200 mm. This makes it ideal for a variety of woodworking, furniture, and construction applications.

The middle cutting head is fixed, while the side cutting heads can be adjusted manually, with an automatic adjustment option available. The basic model is equipped with a 7.5 kW main motor, but for processing larger-diameter logs, it is recommended to install an 11 kW motor in the middle, which is also available as an option.
The chain conveyor enhances workflow by smoothly transporting logs through the cutting process, reducing manual handling and increasing productivity. With precise cutting capabilities, the CZP-3 delivers uniform, high-quality flitches, essential for downstream timber processing and manufacturing operations.
