Universal Band Saw for MgO SIP Panels with Automatic Conveyor and Measurement System

The Gluestream universal band cutting saw is designed for precise SIP panel cutting with a 0–45° adjustable angle, suitable for OSB, MgO (Magnesium Oxide Boards), fibre-cement boards, Green Boards, and other fibre-reinforced materials that cannot be efficiently cut with specialized circular saw blades. Its automatic conveyor and integrated measurement system streamline panel handling for modern SIP production lines.

Key Advantages Over Circular Saws

1. Lower Dust and Noise, No Extra Vacuum Needed:
   The band saw blade is only 2–3 mm wide, compared to 8–10 mm for a circular saw (800–900 mm diameter). This reduces dust and chip volume by up to 3x, eliminating the need for costly high-output vacuum aspiration units.
2. Greater Cutting Thickness Across 0–45° Angles:
   While circular blades max out at 320 mm thickness at 45°, the band saw can cut panels up to 400 mm and beyond, providing more flexibility for thick SIP panels.
3. Safer and Compliant with European Standards:
   Band saw blades have lower weight and inertia, enabling faster emergency stops, reduced power consumption, and safer operation under full output.
4. More Reliable and Cost-Effective Blades:
   The band saw blade’s longer cutting surface reduces overheating and wear. The blades are robust enough to cut concrete and stone slabs, ensuring durability and lower replacement costs.
