- Portal-Type Mobile Adhesive Extruder SPL-10M – Delivers precise adhesive application for superior bonding in SIP panels.
- Motorised Automatic Roller Conveyor – Ensures smooth material movement, increasing production efficiency.
- Automatic Distribution Platform – Streamlines workflow and integrates seamlessly with the SIP production line.
- Press Station – Features multiple P-type presses with motorised roller conveyors for consistent panel compression.
- Control Cabinet – Equipped with a reliable Siemens controller for stable and precise operation.
- Glue Pump Station – Provides a continuous and consistent adhesive supply throughout production.
Versatile Material Compatibility
The ASPL-10.M.2P is designed to handle a wide variety of panel skins and core materials, making it ideal for SIP panel manufacturing in diverse applications. Compatible materials include:
- Skins: Metals, PVC sheets, OSB boards, MgO boards, fibre-cement boards, particleboards, and more
- Cores: Expanded polystyrene (EPS), extruded polystyrene (XPS), polyurethane (PU), and mineral wool
This ensures the production of high-quality SIP panels suitable for modern construction and industrial applications.
Innovative Adhesive Applicator for High-Performance SIP Production
The KAM-PRO series adhesive applicator is engineered for precision and reliability in SIP panel production and sandwich panel manufacturing. Featuring two-way pneumatic valves and a specialised tray with a plasticiser, the system prevents premature adhesive reactions inside the applicator nozzles.
For safety and consistency, the shutter tray automatically closes in the event of a power failure or machine stoppage exceeding one minute, with adjustable open-time settings for different adhesive types. Manual closure is also available via a control panel key.
Precision Adhesive Dosing Pumps for Consistent Glue Application
Gluestream machinery uses precision adhesive dosing pumps, crafted from high-quality metal with meticulous surface treatment. These pumps maintain radial and axial gaps below 6 microns, operate without sealing rings, gaskets, bushings, or bearings, and are designed for durable, long-term use.
- Automatic torque adjustment ensures consistent dosing when adhesive viscosity changes (±5 g/m²).
- Adhesive jets are spaced 8–10mm apart for accurate application.
- Adjustable gluing width: 100mm via valves or 10mm by changing the jet cover in under a minute.
- Jets made from PTFE ensure long-term durability.
- Shutter tray seals jets during standby, preventing adhesive polymerisation.
Seamless Panel Handling and Efficient Feeding
After pressing, panels are automatically transferred to the unloading zone for easy collection using a forklift. The pump station feeds adhesive from the main tank to the applicator and supports IBC containers or 200L drums, using chemical-resistant high-pressure pipes for safe and efficient operation.
Additional Features for Enhanced SIP Production
The line can be equipped with Jib-Cranes, enabling single-worker operation and significantly improving productivity in SIP panel manufacturing.
