- Portal-Type Mobile Polyurethane Adhesive Extruder (SPL-10M): Delivers precise adhesive application for strong panel bonding.
- Motorised Automatic Roller Conveyor: Ensures smooth and efficient material handling.
- Automatic Distribution Platform: Optimises workflow for seamless integration into the SIP production line.
- Press Station: Features four P-type presses equipped with motorised roller conveyors for uniform panel compression.
- Control Cabinet: Provides reliable operation and precise process control.
- Glue Pump Station: Maintains a steady supply of adhesive throughout the production process.

Innovative Adhesive Applicator for High-Performance SIP Manufacturing
The KAM-PRO series adhesive applicator is designed to deliver precision and reliability in SIP panel production and sandwich panel manufacturing. Featuring two-way pneumatic valves and a specialised plasticiser tray, the system prevents premature adhesive reactions inside the applicator nozzles.
For safety and efficiency, the shutter tray automatically closes during a power failure or if the machine stops for more than one minute. This timing can be adjusted based on the adhesive’s open time, while manual closure is possible via a control panel key.
Precision Adhesive Dosing Pumps for Consistent Glue Application
Gluestream machinery uses high-precision adhesive dosing pumps, made from premium metal with precise surface treatment. Radial and axial gaps are kept below 6 microns, and the pumps are designed without sealing rings, gaskets, bushings, or bearings, ensuring durability and long-term performance.
- Automatic torque adjustment compensates for adhesive viscosity changes (±5 g/m²).
- Adhesive jets spaced 8–10 mm apart for accurate glue application.
- Adjustable gluing width: 100 mm via valves or 10 mm by replacing the jet cover in under one minute.
- Jets are made from PTFE for durability.
- Shutter tray seals jets during standby to prevent adhesive polymerisation.
Efficient Panel Handling and Adhesive Feeding
After pressing, panels are automatically transferred to the unloading zone for easy collection with a forklift. The pump station ensures a consistent adhesive supply from the main tank to the applicator and supports IBC containers or 200L drums, using chemical-resistant high-pressure piping for safe and efficient operation.
Enhanced Features for SIP Panel Production
The line can be fitted with Jib-Cranes, allowing operation by a single worker and significantly increasing productivity in SIP manufacturing.
